Who Doesn’t Love Saturday Brunch

What’s up everyone, it’s ya girl Kmonaefierce, bringing you the 411 on all the latest food and brunch spots in New Jersey. This past weekend I decided to try out Noah Osteria in Elizabeth, New Jersey because they were offering some sort of $50 brunch special, and from the pictures, it looked cute. The $50 included: bottomless mimosas, an appetizer, and an entree per person. That was a pretty reasonable deal and like I mentioned before, the photos online looked good.

I Gotta Keep it Real

Before we get into it, just know this is an honest review, straight, no chaser.

Overall Experience

For starters the ambiance and overall aesthetic of the restaurant is an 8/10. Also, there’s street parking, and a nice outdoor patio, which is perfect for indoor/outdoor vibes.

Entertainment

The entertainment was also an 8/10. The DJ played great music of most genres and catered to mostly everyone’s musical taste buds. In addition to the music, they also had dancers, and a woman doing fire tricks which was pretty cool. There was even a robot, and a dancing baby, lol, I’m so serious.

Food & Drinks

Now to the nitty gritty, the food and drinks which were a 3/10. Honestly, the worst bottomless mimosas I could’ve ever imagined in my entire life. My heart was broken because my bestie was in town visiting, and she was not impressed! I was so invested to find out what was in it, which you know I did. They were serving guests peach nectar (not even real peach juice, let alone orange) and a splash of Verdi… which is actually a sparkling wine and not even close to a copy of champagne. Straight sugar water. I should really give them a 0/10 for this but the french toast was worthy of a few bites so there’s that.

The full brunch menu was mediocre, I don’t even want to go into detail how unappealing it was. I personally would rather eat from a food truck. Heck, even fast food, which in fact is what we ended up doing at the end of the day. If you’re a foodie, Brunch at Noah’s in Elizabeth New Jersey is not for you.

Let’s Recap

Being the bearer of bad news is not my motive ever, however my job is to bring you guys real reviews based on my personal experience, and this is it. So in a nutshell, Brunch at Noah’s in Elizabeth New Jersey was simply just good on paper. The $50 was for entertainment and not an overall brunch experience. You have been warned, you’re welcome.
