Diversitech 2025: Where to Stay, What to Eat, What to Do?

What Is Diversitech?

It’s Diversitech 2025 and I’m going to give you the run down on Where to Stay, What to Eat & What to Do? Diversitech is an Inclusion Tech Conference Powered by Tribaja. The overall mission of this conference is to equip Black and Latinx participants with the tools and resources needed to increase their economic mobility. Throughout the conference participants can meet directly with inclusive employers, participate in skillS training, panels and workshops. According to Tribaja, Diversitech is projected to increase economic mobility in Black and Latinx households by $10 million within the next five years.

Travel + Airport

Diversitech will be held at Rivers Casino in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania March 20-22. The area where the conference is held is surrounded by many sites to see and things to do. If you’re flying into Philadelphia, you should plan to fly into Philadelphia International Airport (PHL). There are other airports in within that area however, PHL is the most convenient. Now, if the flight prices are better flying into EWR (shoutout to Jersey) and driving down, by all means, do so. Nonetheless these are your top two options.

Weather & Wardrobe

The forecast during March 20-22 are projected to be mostly sunny. The high will rest in the mid 50’s and the low will be in the high 30’s. For your wardrobe, you should plan to layer up as the temperature can vary as you go from indoors to outdoors. As you know, the conference location is at Rivers Casino which faces the Delaware River and it can be a bit more cooler near the water.

Where to Stay?

When I’m traveling and looking for a place to stay, I look for three things. I look for a clean hotel aesthetic, walkability, and unique hotel accommodations (i.e., breakfast, pool, restaurant, etc.). Here is a list of hotels near Rivers Casino that range in features like great walkability, unique accommodations, and overall great service & aesthetics.
